Year 2 - Sainsbury's

Year 2 visited Sainsbury's to develop their Maths skills whilst shopping to buy ingredients to make a packed lunch for Mr Grinling (a character from their class text). This involved comparing prices, calculating change and finding the products which were the best value. They also made links to the Science topic, looking at making healthy food choices and have a balanced diet.
