Residential Visits

London 2026

Children in Year 5 and 6 recently went on a brilliant visit to London. After an exciting train journey, the children explored some of the city’s most famous landmarks, including a ride on the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral and Nelson's Column—all while confidently navigating the London Underground. A fantastic performance of Paddington at a sold-out Savoy Theatre was a standout moment for many of the children.

Another highlight was spending the night aboard HMS Belfast, where the children learned about life onboard an actual World War II ship whilst enjoying incredible views of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and Europe's tallest building - the Shard - towering across the river. This was an inspiring, educational and truly memorable visit that the children will be talking about for a long time.
